I haven't tried un-checking all of them, but I think this is what Eric
means.

In ILE RPG, the parser provides an Enter key action. You will need to
disable 'Enter key behavior' preferences on the ILE RPG parser
preference
page in order to then be able to set the Enter to your own action.
