Hmm - it appears that Ken is correct - references to the numbered indicators in procedures don't show up in the outline at either the global or the procedure levels. Since they're global variables, I should think they belong in the global section. I'm on 9.0.0.1 now (trial version, license due any day). I'd call this a bug.
Since I can't open PMRs myself, it could take some time to get one opened through my employer's support people. Can someone else here verify the problem and turn it in, please? Thanks!

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] RDP 8.03 --> Outline for Indicators NOT WORKING
Edmund,
I was updating a program written back in 2007, and the developer did advance usage of subprocedures....
So, when referencing an indicator inside the subprocedure, it does NOT show up on the global outline view! No Wonder it did not show up in the Main Indicator usage! That is why all version of RDP 8/8.5 & RDi 9 didn't show it!
So, I guess Indicator usage is NOT shown if used inside of procedure. Even though the indicator is a global Variable...
Oh well, I guess that now sort of makes sense! Even though the compile listing does show every place where the indicators are used!
So, is it possible to show the indicator usage across subprocedures?
Scanning seems work best for me, although I do love the outline view, on the information it give us.
