If I make a change in my source, click save, the Compile option for
CRTBNDRPG is disabled. If I click around in the source a few times, it gets
enabled.

I assume the option is based on where my cursor is or something? Sometimes
I have to double click in the source or click around until it becomes
enabled.

How does the compile menu option work?
