Yes ... RDp is based on Eclipse, so you get all the Java tooling for free.

Personally, I think it's the best thing since sliced bread ... I can debug multi-tier applications in a single UI (thick client application, application server, and RPG service programs). The only thing I have problems with is lack of (computer) desktop space.
