Dave,
first question. If you didn't specify otherwise when you created
the bookmark, then all libs are displayed by default. If you want to
change this , right click on the Bookmark, select "Properties", select
"Schemas" and then select the "Show selected schemas" radio button. You
can then add any libraries you want to be displayed.
When you are creating a new Bookmark, don't just click Finish when you
have the basic details entered, if you keep clicking the Next button on
the wizard you will eventually get to the same screen where you can select
the schemas to be included.

Second questions. If you have RDP installed, then the jt400.jar file is
actually already available in a number of folders in your installation
directory. For example I used the jar file in this location on my hard
drive.
C:\IBM\SDPShared\plugins\com.ibm.etools.iseries.toolbox_8.0.4.v20110901_1815

Adjust the opening folders according to the installation directory path
you created when you installed and once you get to the plugins folder in
the shared directory, you should be able to find a
"com.ibm.etools.iseries.toolbox" folder plug-in to use.

Thanks, David, it works. But when I connect to the new bookmark, I get all
the libraries listed on the whole system. Is that normal? Also, where
should I store the driver? I don't have access to c:/program files.

Hey thanks, Paul. But now it's asking for a JDBC URL. What do I put
