I did this yesterday, so it is fresh in my mind.
You need to select "Add Driver" and "Add External JAR", then browse to the jt400Native.jar class file and the driver is in there. I found the jar file in /QIBM/ProdData/OS400/jt400/lib on the iSeries IFS.

I've managed to install the quantum db plug in, but to connect to the i, I seem to be missing a driver. When I click right in the database bookmarks view and select new bookmark, there are only 3 drivers : Apache Derby, JDBC and MSAccess. Where can I find the driver for IBM db2?
