I've also noticed similar behavior using iWDSC 7.0.0. Wonder if the PTF's
(V6R1) will deliver similar results.

This is a problem with green screen debugger (since RDp Integrated Debugger
is implemented on top of green screen debugger, you see it in RDp debugger
as well).
Last time I checked with them, there is a V5R4 PTF for it (SI46247).
I will check with the team to see if the fixes for V6R1 and V7R1 are
available yet.
