The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

When I go to the Job Status View, right-click a job, and select Spool
Files, my spool files do not show up in the Spool File View. If I go to
the same job on the green screen, I see the spool files. Anyone else
experiencing this or know how to resolve it?
I didn't notice anything in the log. I did install the 64-bit Java plugin
the other day, but I thought RDP came with its a version of the JRE that it
would continue to use. If I need to change something so it will use the
right version of Java, I can.
