WDSC 7.0.0.8 and Open Spool File in Text Editor - not working

In WDSC 7.0, in RSE, I have been able to right click on a spool file and
select 'Open With Text Editor' this has always worked. Now it is not
working. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

Note that I had to create a new workspace yesterday because the one I was
working with became corrupted. (This situation will probably be described
in a future post.) Note also that I can choose to 'View' the spool file
which brings up the horrible pdf-like view of the spool file, but I am
trying to get to the text editor view of the spoolfile.

I have searched the archives and all I find are references to the
Soft-Landing RSE extension. I have this extension and it works fine. I
just cannot view my spool files in a text editor. I can't seem to invoke
the text editor, I guess.
