The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
The last time someone had this problem, they were trying to display an IPDS or
AFP printer file in the text editor, which it doesn't support. Only SCS printer
files can be opened in the text editor. Would you please check that?

select 'Open With Text Editor' this has always worked. Now it is not
