The c:\Program files directories are 'virtualized' ... and Windows doesn't like updating those directories without escalated privileges. Eclipse, which RDP is based on, likes to update the directory it was installed in frequently. This can only be done if the program is being run with admin rights or with UAC turned off.

You *MIGHT* find updates to virtualized directories in the '%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore" directory.

Personally, I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing in another location.
