How can I make it point to my iSeries machine. In the book marks or is
there somewhere where I can get a reference for this tool?

Albert, you will need to create a new Bookmark for each Server you wish to access. (Similar principle to an RSE Connection.) Take a look at the QuantumDB User's Guide in the RDP Help.

You will need to define a connection URL, e.g. jdbc:as400://<host name> - where <host name> is the name of your Server.

You also need a suitable JDBC Driver from an External JAR, e.g.

C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SDPShared\plugins\com.ibm.etools.iseries.toolbox_7.6.1.v20100512_1833\runtime\jt400.jar

The setup requires a little perseverance - but you only do it once. Thereafter you can copy/amend Bookmarks for other Servers. Hope this helps.

Brian Parkins.
