Thanks for the offer, I've opened PMRs already, see APAR SE47505.
It's not in debug, but when synchronizing resources with the server. For instance, I had to wait 2-3 seconds after a save, before launching a compile (I used to do ctrl-S then ctrl-shift-C right after). Refreshing the Structure view would take 7 times as long.
