I'm assuming you mean the line the debugger is currently on here; if not please advise.
Go to Windows, Preferences.
Under Run/Debug, go to Compiled Debug.
You can change the Color of execution line there to something more visible.

debugger arrow is. Is there a way to highlight the whole line so it is
