Who knew that a simple "What exactly am I looking for" question would spawn
a 50+ message thread. I hope IBM takes some of this in and makes it easier
for us in the future.
To be honest, the whole process was very confusing. In the process of
trying
to make it easier, I think IBM have made it more complicated. I understand
that there are different divisions that handle different portions of a
product, but as a customer I see IBM.com. It would be nice if the
experience
is as I see it.
