There is a setting for getting a log in preferences - go to
preferences and enter log in the "filter" box at the top.
Turn on everything, then try the action that locks things up.
Then go back and turn off the extra logging - it can take a
lot of disk if you don't.
Then try to contact IBM support about this - there might be a
link on the web site for the product, I haven't looked.
I believe you have had good responses from their team before
here, regarding issues around international characters. Give
them a chance, they are really working hard on these tools
and have done a great job so far.
