I am not sure if I missed someone else already giving this
answer. But there is a short cut key to go to the outline
view with your editor maximized (or from wherever you are).
It is Ctrl-Shift-Q, O.
I.e. Hold down Ctrl, Shift and Q, (options pop up in bottom
left) let go, then hit O

Ctrl-Shift-Q does nothing when the editor window is maximised. If I hit Ctrl-Shift-L the list says Quick Diff Toggle, whatever that means. Its annoying to not be able to show the outline view. I have a fast view, but as soon as I click in the editor again, it disappears.
