I believe I resolved this once by copying the missing jvm.dll. I copied the
entire path from jre_5.0.3.sr8a_20080811b\jre\binj9vm\jvm.dll to a thumb
drive, and restored it to the misbehaving PC.

Hi All,
I have a student who is trying to install RDi 7.5 on their PC and is
receiving the following message (Below) after installing RDi. Does
anyone know how to resolve this issue? The student's PC is running XP
Pro version 2002 sp 3.
Thanks,

When I launch the IBM Installation Manager, I receive a window titled
IBMM. In it is the following:

A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK)
must be available in order to run IBMM. No Java virtual machine
was found after searching the following locations:
C:\Program Files\IBM\Installation
Manager\eclipse\jre_5.0.3.sr8a_20080811b\jre\binj9vm\jvm.dll

It is the same message that I get after re-launching the launchpad
application.
