I am trying to figure out how to use Window ---> Show view --> Other -->
General --> Templates. I can display the panel; however there is
nothing in it and I can not see how to edit it so that it is useful.
Alternatively, I have figured out how to use a Ctrl-space template, but
only in free-form C-specs. I'd like to be able to use Ctrl-space else
wherein the RPGLE source member but that is eluding me too.
