Looking at the /COPY was available (if a bit different) in Code/400.
Same with converting to /free.

My point wasn't that there were NO enhancements; only that there were
precious few when compared to the web world. I'm not criticising the
decision. I'm reporting what my boss can see if he reads the
announcement letters. RPG got very little new stuff in the IDE and the
web got lots.
