James,

Were you already at RDi 7503 level? What else do you have installed and at
what version? I'm guessing you have at least HATS. I was able to install
the Interim fix to a package group with RDi 7503, RAD 753, and HATS 7501.
Is there anything else in the IM log file?

Has anybody else had troubles installing this update via the IBM
Installation Manager?

I keep getting this error:
Error expanding installation packages
In root installation context:
Selector "rdi.eclipse.core" of component "com.ibm.assembly.rdi.main"
required by selector "wf" of component "hats_main_assembly" is not in the
current feature selection

This seems kind of cryptic to me, but if it makes sense to someone else
please let me know.

This interim fix addresses the problem as described in APAR SE38319 (Java
NPE in RPG Outline View when a data structure targeted by a LIKEDS has
unnamed subfields.).

To install the interim fix, start the IBM Installation Manager and click
on
'Update'.
