All right I figured it out.

1. What you have to do is Alt-R in column 7.
2. Then go down to the last line you want to comment out and do Alt-R is
column 8. This will give you two columns highlighted
3. Right click in the box and go to selected.
4. Go down to fill
5. On the edit line on the bottom you will see the words fill characters
on the edit line under the code fill in characters // and press enter
6. Deselect to complete.

When I click in the box and then typ l e // it just puts "l e //" and a
new line... what am I missing?
