Open the member you want to move
File | Save As
In the save as dialog you can change the system/library.

Caveat: Make sure the source file you're saving into is as long or longer than the original.

I'm pretty sure that's normal behavior.
Transferring objects between systems is non-trivial (savf & ftp), so it's going to be hard for RDI to do.

Might be something a plug-in could do though.
