Well my plug-in vendor is IBM and the missing plug-ins are...

com.ibm.etools.systems.dstore.core
com.ibm.etools.systems.core
I've been doing some digging and have found this link below that seems

If you have a plug-in that was designed for WDSC 7.0/RDI 7.1 it is almost
(to use the new OpenRSE that is part of Eclipse) and this causes all old
plug-in's to no longer work.
