It all depends on how you originally licensed the product.

If you went through Passport Advantage (bought it as a 'Rational'
product), then you have an entilement in Passport Advantage and can
download the latest there.

If you bought it through your Business Partner as a licensed
product/feature code, then you have to get it through the BP again.

After a couple of months trying to get my update to 7.5 I actually gave
up for now. I wasted way too many hours on the phone with IBM,
Rational, my BP, and the Pope trying to figure out just where my update
shoulde come from -- and in the end even the BP said he was having
troubles and would get back to me in a week. That was well over a month
ago now.

From monitoring this list, I have seen people with a few complaints

about 7.5 and no one mentioned and new 'must have' features in 7.5, so I
will just stay on 7.1 for now.

If I am missing something great in 7.5, please let me know and I will
get back on the phone with my BP...
