Sorry for not response to you immediately.
All I can say right now is I ran out of ideas what could be wrong in
your
scenario, since the JDK level is not the one I suspected would cause
problem, and call back worked fine.
You probably need to open a PMR for this problem.

have a similar issue
Hi Xuan,
My co-workers can launch qshell but they have not upgraded to 7006. I've
not checked all their versions but they are 7004 and below. I distinctly
remember being able to launch qshell before I upgraded to 7006.
I ran the java *version command and got the following response :
java version "1.4.2"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_16-b05)
Classic VM (build 1.4, build JDK-1.4, native threads, jitc_de)
If you need anymore info just holler.
