If I remembered correctly, the problem fixed in 7006 is for 100% cpu
usage.
Just curious... Is this problem only for you? Your co-workers can launch
qshell for the same iSeries host?
Could you check which JVM running in your iSeries system?

Re: [WDSCI-L] Qshell closes a couple of seconds after launching... I have

I have the same issue. The difference that 7.0.0.6 seems to make is that
when the error happens, the CPU usage on my PC doesn't spike to 100% like
it used to.
I opened a PMR last year and the response I got to it was "Upgrade to
RDi".

Hi,
Xuan I have exactly the same issue.
I've tried removing all plugin.
Searched the .log file which shows nothing untoward.
I've searched the iSeries logs but to no avail.
I've upgraded to the latest fix pack (7.0.0.6 I think) and I still have
the issue.
Have raised a call with IBM support. Not heard anything yet. As soon as
I do I will let all know.
