While WDSC 7.0 does not have a screen/print designer inside the Eclipse
framework, you can optionally install the Code/400 tools. When you do
that, you can launch the Code/400 screen designer to work on display and
print files.
It has never been the most stable editor - so save often - but works
pretty well.
I am not sure if RDi still comes with/works with the old Code/400
designer...

Another thing too, doesn't WDSC provide a screen designer, and a print
file designer?
WDSC advanced edition had a technology preview of the screen designer.
RDi has a more complete version, but it's still officially a technology
preview, not ready for production. Neither product has a print
designer.
