Yes, if you get a Power 520 Express Edition machine. Otherwise it's a
60 day trial. I think 60 days is too short. If you agree, register

I'm slightly confused because EGL isn't particularly relevant to the
work that I do, but wasn't EGL "free" for a fairly significant
length of time in WDSC before the unbundling?

What I'm confused about are various concerns about having to 'pay to
learn'. That is certainly a concern going into the future, but my
versions of WDSC for my home setup as well as an install at work
aren't likely to "wear out" any time soon.
Was EGL in there somewhere in standard WDSC or not?
