Hi, everyone,

In moving from my desktop to my laptop, I installed WDSC v6.0 on the laptop
(from the original DVD). Then I started the Rational Updater, which I think
was trying to download a HUGE update to 6.1. The download never completed
due to disconnects by my internet service provider. I then tried
downloading the zip file, which was an alternate method provided. That
never completed either.
That was a week ago and now am trying again. But now I keep getting this
'error occurred see C:\Program' message. Couldn't find any log files
anywhere, so decided to start over from the beginning by UNinstalling WDSC.
I got the same error message during the uninstall. Clicked the OK button
and the purple progress bar has been there for several hours now. Brought
up the Windows Task manager (I'm on XP with all latest updates) and it
appears the uninstaller is still running.

Any ideas how to get this thing uninstalled?

Best Regards,
