If you look at the nature of OpenRSE it's quite a bit more ambitious
than what we're used to in WDSC.

Well, since I have been kind of hip deep in the IBM RSE code lately ...
I can tell you that there's a very close correlation between the Eclipse
RSE and the IBM RSE (at least at the API level).
