The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
FYI...
The base IBM RSE the framework used in WDSC has since evolved and moved to
open source while products, like RDi, will be building on top of it in
future releases. Open RSE, by itself, does not provide i5/OS support -
RDi will be contributing those features.

Would you say that extending TM/OpenRSE is a good place to start for
someone interested in learning to write WDSCi/RDi extensions?
Particularly someone (... a friend of mine ...) who doesn't have easy
access to WDSCi at home?
Not at the moment ... because no version of WDSC/RDi actually uses
TM/OpenRSE yet.
Personally, I use it as a reference only.
