Eclipse 3.2 did not support 64-bit Windows at all. WDSC V6 used Eclipse 3.0 and worked somewhat, but had some weird quirks. WDSC V7, built on Eclipse 3.2, doesn't work at all. Somewhere around 3.3 or 3.4 they did create IA64-specific builds, but since I'm getting away from 64-bit Windows entirely, I haven't followed the notes. The point is that WDSC, since it's built on Eclipse 3.2, is unlikely to ever work on Vista64.
