I don't think we need to overspec a system.

Just to be clear, the question and my response were really about Vista.
I think 1.5 to 2 GB for WDSCi is a fair memory spec, whether that is
physical RAM on a Win2K/XP box or allocated RAM in a Virtual Machine.

Overall system specs need to increase when running a RAM hungry OS like
Vista and a virtual PC in Vmware or VirtualPC.
