rdi question about verifier

Since the current plan is to require named users for the compilers, will
RDi allow me to use a verifier to see if my program would compile? Or will
I have to have compiler access to to do that?

When building a program you need to compile it. I still dont understand
the unbundling of the compilers from all the devevlopment tools.

Here compiler guy I finished coding this program, compile it for me and
tell my if I made any errors. Then I can fix those and pass it off to you
again. I better check those ';'s. Forget one of those and you get a lot of
errors, that arent really errors.
I hope the verifier will still be there.
