Could you ask them why WSDCi is EOL'ed?
I see no reason what so ever that it needed to be replaced with a new product, and I have stopped all efforts to integrate the features not available in the standard version of Eclipse in our work, as i cannot be sure that it will exist in the new versions of whatever we will choose to use. So for now, the future is all the old tools and those only, plus plain non-chargable Eclipse. I cannot understand the rationale for this, but I guess there is one.

Oh well, rant of the day and it is Friday :)
