Actually, IBM has officially told me that there will be an upgrade path and that we'll hear about it with the April launch. Details are not yet cast in stone and it may be a low-cost trade-up rather than free, but I'm confident it will be less than $800. And whatever the cost, it's a one-time deal and then you're on RDi.IBM has said they will, Jon continues to suggest they won't.
"IBM" have not said anything of the sort - the only thing IBM has officially said is that there is no entitlement.
