EGL today costs $1500 a seat, Justin. That's the RBDe (Rational Business Developer extension) which plugs directly into WDSC 7. I'd ask IBM if a seat of RBDe will entitle you to RDi-SOA. It would make sense, but that doesn't always mean anything <grin>.
