Lack of support alone would not cause my boss to cough up $800 perJust so you know, IBM's stance on RDi upgrades has changed from TUG. Yesterday's interview (excerpted below) exactly matches what I've been saying: IBM is looking into the upgrade idea, they just haven't formalized it. But in the end, it's really up to you folks to hold their feet to the fire and make sure they do this.
