I haven't time to check the archives - but I recall that this was
discussed some time back as part of a discussion on associating a key
combination with the Push-selected etc. in the project view. At that
time the IBMers were going to put it on the wish list, but I've seen
no sign of it happening and I don't see any sign of it in RDi.
Of course you can associate a build action with the Push... but I
don't believe any prompting is possible - it just runs the command
after uploading.
