Guys,
Does anybody have their IBM customer number? My company probably has a
dozen or so of them, and who knows which one is the "right" one?
When I log a PMR I always just give them the system serial number. It's
never been an issue and it's a lot easier than trying to figure out the
customer number thing.

Buck,
Exactly. For some reason, my employer's customer number is a closely
guarded secret, and of course all problem reports have to go through the
'proper channels'. I guess somebody, either on our side or IBM's,
doesn't want 150 developers talking to IBM directly.
FWIW, I'm trying to get the appropriate people here interested in the
problem.

If you haven't officially reported it, it's not officially a

Agreed.
In my opinion, it is too difficult to report a problem. An individual
developer doesn't always have access to the IBM customer number, etc.--
needed to open a PMR or request a DCR.
It would be very nice to have a Bugzilla page.
