that was written in STRUTS but the developer moved on and we now need to
maintain it. Nobody else very familiar with it. Looking for best way to
modernize and update. Any thoughts? Unfortunately, I am not literate
enough in STRUTS to know how difficult this would be.
My advice would be not to change the framework since that would probably require expertise in both Struts as well as the new framework to do this correctly.

I can see that WSDCi has Struts support, but I have not used it. For smaller changes not involving new functionality, dedicated Struts support should not be needed though.
