I went so far as to say they should actually charge more for ADTS than for RDi, thus giving people an incentive to move to the new tools as they become comfortable.

That surprises me, Joe. Given all the guff that IBM got over implementing the green-screen tax, and saying it was a hardware cost. And it reminds me of a political dispute in a town near my home where the former city council added a $25 per month tax to the water bill for "police protection". The issue isn't that the citizens don't want police protection. It's that the council sought to get around a law requiring a popular vote for a tax increase by adding a fee to the water bill. What does police protection have to do with water usage? People say that issue alone cost a couple council member's their seats in the last election.

It's bad enough to milk one customer base in order to subsidize another, but charging more for ADTS than RDi borders on rediculous.

Nathan.
