If I have to compare two sources files out of CVS/Subversion I have to use a different tool (not WDSC). Perhaps somebody has found how to use the Compare options without CVS/Subversion.

If you use an iSeries Project, you can right-click the source member and choose 'Compare With -> [Base Revision | Latest from Repository | ... ]'. It's pretty handy, but includes sequence numbers and source line dates unless you set iSeries Projects preference to strip this info from the source member when adding to the project.
