Our network folks are befuddled. I've bounded the connection per these
instructions and continue to get this error:

Callback to 141.177.111.69 on port 4300 failed

Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: resetting a connection...
As Vernon pointed out, you can simply right-click on the connection
profile and disconnect, then reconnect. This should close out any open
connections to the host (releasing locks on files as well...)

Eric

Thanks for the tips, the verify connection states
"checking callback to RSE daemon
Callback to ISL-Io2361.hncorp.healthnet on port 4300 failed"
the rest were successful.

Would this mean we don't have the right subsystem started?

thanks for your help
