The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I finally got fed up enough with the Outline view not refreshing that I
decided I was going to log a fix request. I spent the last 30 minutes
trying to figure out how to do it (started by going to FRED but ended up at
a dead link), but have failed to do so thus far.
Anybody tell me where I can formally log requests for fixes as it regards
WDSC? Note that the links I have found in the archives came up with IBM's
typical "Sorry, this link is no longer active.." message.
