I don't think you were wrong Jeff. Compiles from CoDE and WDSC generate
event files in the target library, but FNDSTRPDM uses *CURLIB as the place
to store the event file. Since WDSC's Search->iSeries uses FNDSTRPDM on
the i5, the unique *CURLIB is important.
