Al,
I see 3 possibilities so add a library to your library list in RSE.
1. In the System i, add the library to your JOBD. This will be picked up
when you start WDSC and sign in to the System i.
2. In RSE, expand your System i server; right click on iSeries Objects,
choose Properties. Enter your initial library list.
3. In RSE, expand your System i server; right click on iSeries Objects,
choose Properties. Enter a startup job that sets your library list.

Re: [WDSCI-L] NOT Symbolic Operator
In the code designer I was trying to prompt and reference a field but the
library I wanted wasn't in the library list. How do I add to it?
In RSE I add to my library list but the next time I came in it was changed
back. How do I change it permanently?
