Command prompter error with positional notation for CALLPRC -- WDSCI-L

Seems to be a problem with command prompter. Attempt to prompt this command

callprc 'APRC' ( A B C )

fails with "Too many values in list for parameter PARM.". Add the parm keyword

callprc 'APRC' parm( A B C )

and the prompter is able to display the command prompt.
