Re: V7.0 CDs no DVD?

There is no DVD in WDSC V7, just CDs. IBM said that the WDSC overflowed
the DVD used in WDSC V6, and they weren't sure how to master a 2 DVD set.

What problems are you running into. We installed it here on 3 machines
with no problems. You may want to review the archives here to determine
how to completely remove a bad install to be sure you can start clean.

[WDSCI-L] V7.0 CDs no DVD?






I'm sitting here with the 5722-WDS Websphere Development Studio Client for
System i V7.0 diskset right in front of me and for the life of me do not
see a DVD in here.

Contents are: Quick Start, CDs #1-9, Optional Software (CODE/Visual Age),
HATS, App Srv V 6.1 Rational Auxiliary CD, and Rational Agent Controller)

This is my 2nd day trying to install this ... yesterday I couldn't get
past disk#3 without errors ... today, got to disk#6 and fails ...

Is there suppose to be a DVD in this pack?!? What are my options?!? Why
can't I get this installed?!?
